Aspects of consideration of innovation projects in the field of engineering in construction and installation

Abstract
Introduction. At the present time Ukraine is going through the process of reforms in the minds of market economy. At the same time, the majority of the majority of business entities are confused with the problem of high competition, old technology and, as a hint, the unprofitable diary. That important aspect of the perspective development of Ukrainian enterprises is the middle ground on innovative investment activities. Purpose. The article is related to the development of innovative project, aspects of innovative projects, analysis of the value added of innovative projects at the enterprises in the field of engineering in everyday life and assembly; analysis of the results and prospects of innovative projects at these enterprises. Results. In the article three aspects of consideration of innovative projects were analyzed on the enterprises of sphere of engineering, building, editing: after the stages of innovative activity, after the process of forming and realization, after the elements of organization. Basic descriptions of a build business, which basic directions of influence of innovations in a build business and aspects which must be taken into account at consideration of innovative projects on the enterprises of specific industry were selected on the basis of, were also considered. It was certain, at consideration of innovative projects on these enterprises a basic aspect is an account three components: techno-technological (equipment and materials), market (necessities and requirements), seasonal and spacious (local terms). Marking highly dynamic of a build business, it is important to underline that it is not only reduction of production process but also reaction on the state of economy, change of technologies, construction, architecture, market character of business. From these estimations formed actually. Conclusion. Enterprises of a build industry today are in the phase of active market test, and it is reliable subsoil of forming of modern innovative production culture of activity. It is well-proven that subsequent development of build enterprises must be based on the use of the internal resources, to which an author takes finances, capital assets, labour force not only, but also quality of existent control system, intellectual capital and effective organization of co-operations of participants of a build process. Enterprises of industry are in the mode of search and introduction of innovations in the different sectors of the activity (materials, technologies, organization), but in part of economic analysis and prognostication of indexes of development yet underwork effectively.
