ASPECTS OF THE STRATEGY OF ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN THE MODERN ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article substantiates the conceptual foundations of the personnel planning strategy in accordance with the development strategy of the enterprise. The conceptual model of the strategy of personnel planning of enterprises and the peculiarities of its functioning are highlighted. At the same time correctly developed, selected and substantiated strategy for the development of organization and management of human resources is part of future success, which explains the relevance of the study.
