Assessing a business model and managing growth for a global competition

Abstract

The paper presents a scheme for assessing business model systematically. As one of the factors for managing growth for global competitive markets successfully an understanding of actual and target company performance’s drivers is shown. An essence and advantages of Opportunities–Based Planning together with key skills to implement this approach are outlined.
