Theoretical and methodological aspects of the positioning of construction projects in the format of innovative provisioning

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of evolution, the current state and possible directions of development of the resource strategy of the activity of construction enterprises under the influence of modern concepts of integrated project delivery and building information modeling (Building Information Modeling). The factors of risk growth during the implementation of investment projects in construction are investigated. The use of network management structures for increasing the efficiency of investment projects implementation is proposed. The existing conceptual approach to the term «innovative provisioning» is analyzed by generalization of existing approaches to the definition of the essence of innovative processes, their essence and economic nature are explained, which determines their specificity of application of innovative provisioning for the enterprises of the building industry.
