ASSESSMENT DOMESTIC GOVERNMENT BORROWINGS IN THE CONTEXT OF PROVIDING THE STATE WITH FINANCIAL RESOURCES

Abstract
In article the concept of domestic government borrowing is considered. The concept of an internal public debt is defined. Assessment of an internal public debt and its structure is carried out. The role of the state loans in formation of financial resources of the state is defined. Measures for increase in efficiency of attraction of internal state loans are proposed.
