SCIENTIFIC VIEW GENESIS ON THE ENTERPRISE’S PERSONNEL MOTIVATION

Abstract
The article investigates the essence of motivation as a part of effective management. The author reveals the essence of the «motivation» concept as the main factor of effective management personnel. Scientists’ attitudes on different generations of employees’ motivation are investigated. The essence of the theories of motivation is considered and the content of motivation with the distinguishing its role in the development of the enterprise is revealed.
