Abstract
The authors analyzed the position of regarding the semantic characteristics of the terms «effectiveness» and «efficiency» in the context of the enterprise. Intercommunication of categories and describes their impact on the success of the enterprise. It’s established common and distinctive features of effectiveness and efficiency.
