INVESTMENT AND CREDIT SUPPORT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTREPRENEURSHIP BY INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract
The article analyzes the state of development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine, features of the structure and the main sources of financing for its development. The features of investment and credit support to small and medium enterprises(SMEs) with international financial institutions(IFIs) are discovered. Comparative analysis of financial support programs of IFIs to SMEs showed that credit instruments and technical assistance are priority and most requested. The necessity of developing an organizational and economic mechanism, taking into account the formation of multilateral partnerships between the state, IFIs, private capital and enterprises, which is based on guarantee, cooperative and integration mechanisms for supporting SMEs, is substantiated.
