RISKS AND THREATS OF DECENTRALIZATION REFORMS FOR THE NATIONAL ECONOMY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the main risks and threats of decentralization reform in Ukraine. The author emphasizes the positive consequences for the development of the national economy in the process of extending the powers of local governments. At the same time, the study shows the importance of taking into account the main risks and threats of decentralization processes and introducing measures to detect and prevent them.
