Assessment of constructive and technological solutions of floors for acoustic comfort of panel buildings

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of sound insulation from impact and air noise during renovation of inter-storey floor slabs of panel buildings, using the example of Odessa. The article deals with the problems of sound insulation of floors in panel buildings erected in 60’s and 70’s. The analysis of the obtained dependences of the influence of the type of a multilayer system on the insulation index of impact and air noise is carried out. The types of sound insulating substrates (Acuflex and Isolon 500); scheme of installation of a false ceiling frame (with application of vibro-suspended suspensions Vibrofix PU and self-glued tape Vibrosil Norma); the thickness of cement-sand screed (0.03-0.05 m) varied in the experiment. The necessity of application of the multi-criteria analysis technique for optimizing the constructive and technological solutions of the multi-layer “ceiling-floor-flooring” system is justified. The results of the evaluation of the feasibility study of constructive and technological solutions for sound insulation of floors are given. On the basis of the multi-criteria analysis, as well as the results of the full-scale experiment, it is determined that the optimal solution for renovating floor slabs of panel buildings is a system with the use of sound insulating material Isoion 500 and Isolon Elit 4 mm thick and the thickness of cement-sand screed M150 – 30 mm. It was found that the renovation of floors of the panel buildings under study makes it possible to increase the air noise insulation index from 1.25 to 3 times, and the index of the reduced level of impact noise under the floor 1.65 times.
