Assessment of political alternatives in the process of making political decisions in a transformational democracy

Abstract
The article examined the impact of transformational components of democracy in modern conceptions of political decisions. Identified conceptual bases of political decision-making in situations of uncertainty. Attention paid to the political pluralism parameters as decision making environment under political transformations. Established milestones and selection procedures of political alternatives. Grounded balance of the needs of political actors and society in policy-making processes at macrolevel.
