Crowdsourcing projects in the context public policy measurement

Abstract
Technologies of political socio-political crowdsourcing is analysed as modern approache to make political dialogue and provide transparency of authorities. Justification for their use in socio-political sphere is being argued. Reasons that actualize the use of crowdsourcing in policy as well as global and Ukrainian experience of their application are studied. There are identified the factors that affect the success of crowdsourcing projects in policy.
