ASSESSMENT OF THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF CHILDREN AFTER PARATHYROIDECTOMY WITH PRIMARY HYPERPARATHYROIDSIS ACCORDING TO THE PAS TABLE (PARATHYROID ASSESSMENT OF SYMPTOMS SCORE) AND SF-36 QUESTIONNAIRE

Abstract
The article presents literature data on the frequency and structure of the causes of primary hyperparathyroidism. It is known that PHPT manifests itself in a multisymptomatic clinical picture, involving various organs and systems in the pathological process, which leads to a significant decrease in the quality of life, disability of patients, and an increased risk of premature death. This article highlights the value of the PAS chart and SF-36 questionnaire not only in terms of assessing long-term results of surgery, but also in terms of diagnosing early stages of PHPT.
