ASSESSMENT OF THE QUALITY OF PERSONNEL COSTS MANAGEMENT ON INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The methodical approach to assessing the quality of personnel costs management in the context of personnel management stages analysis is proposed. The application of this approach is implemented in the form of a sequence of the following steps: a general analysis of the possibility of applying methods for assessing the quality of personnel costs management; definition of indicators of analysis of personnel costs management, justification of the choice of a set of indicators corresponding to a certain stage of personnel management; calculation of selected indicators and their conformity to normative values; determination of the level of efficiency of each stage of personnel management; assessment of the quality of personnel costs management.
