ASSISTANCE AND FINANCIAL COMPENSATION OF VICTIMS OF CRIMINAL OFFENCES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LEGISLATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA

Abstract
This article examines the opportunities a victim has to pursue compensation by the state for the damage he/she has suffered from a criminal offence. Sufficient consideration is given also to the relevant law, regulating the assistance and financial compensation of the victim of crimes in the Republic of Bulgaria.
