ASYMETRY OF INFORMATION IN MANAGEMENT OF UKRAINIAN ECONOMY SYSTEM

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of functioning of the economic management system of Ukraine, which is constructed as a mechanism for the formation and receipt of political and administrative rent. The mode of functioning of the management system creates conditions for the irrational use of economic resources of society. This, in turn, destroys the factors of the economic growth of the state. It is noted that rent-oriented behavior is inherent both in political leadership and bureaucracy of Ukraine. Asymmetry of information is considered as the main tool for obtaining rent. The peculiarities of its use at all stages of acceptance and realization of political decisions in the field of economy are explored.
