Abstract
The article is devoted to the disclosure of the basic philosophical and legal ideas of P. Loodiia. The main stages and peculiarities of the formation of the philosophic-legal worldview of the thinker are investigated. The concept of the state as an unequal society of free people, united under a single supreme authority for the achievement of general safety and well-being, is analyzed. The essence of such categories as well-being, safety and their specific classifications is revealed. The concept and types of laws are highlighted.
