ATMOSPHERIC AIR PROTECTION AS A COMPOSITION OF THE RIGHTS OF A PERSON FOR SAFETY FOR LIFE AND HEALTH OF ENVIRONMENT BY PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION BODIES BY THE APPLE OF LOCAL AUTHORITIES OF THE STATE EXECUTIVE AUTHORITY IN LVIV REGION

Abstract
The article examines the protection of atmospheric air as a component of the person's rights to a safe environment for life and health by public administration bodies, as an example of local executive authorities in the Lviv region. It is emphasized that an important legal measure in the field of environmental safety is the development of state and local programs for the prevention and overcoming of environmentally hazardous consequences caused by natural phenomena or created by human actions. The measures of the protection of atmospheric air are carried out by the Lviv regional state administration as a local body of state executive power within the administrative-territorial unit of the oblast.
