SOME REFLECTIONS ON THE VALUE OF EQUALITY OF RIGHT AND JUSTICE IN THE SOCIO-PHILOSOPHICAL PERSPECTIVE

Abstract
The philosophers’ interest in the law has always been a special one. The approach to equality of law and legal liability and to the connection between these two phenomena must not surprise us, because if we look back, it would become very clear that practitioners, namely philosophers, politicians, moralists, theologians or more new economists have created theories they have included in their philosophical, political, moral, religious, economic thinking systems about what we are goingto talk about in this article.
