RIGHTS OF THE CHILD: CIVILIZATION AND HISTORICAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS

Abstract
The article deals with the rights of the child interactively with the civilization and historical aspects. International instruments within this field are analyzed. Attention is paid to that that the source of the rights of the child as human rights in civilization aspect is western culture. Historically exactly within this culture “filling” of human rights and rights of the child with the content they have now took place. Only in the XX century rights of the child have received the same signs as human rights within international instruments.
