THE SYSTEMS OF PRINCIPLES OF INTERACTION WHILE INVESTIGATING CRIMES IN THE FIELD OF ECONOMICS COMMITTED BY ORGANIZED GROUPS

Abstract
Provided scientific article is focused on the consideration of the system of principles of interaction while investigating economic crimes committed by organized groups. The author emphasizes attention on the fact that the special concern is about the activity of organized criminal groups that hide their schemes of criminal benefication under commercial, banking, insurance, investment or any other activities. The author of the research reveals the essence and significance of each of the principles of this activity in achieving the main objective – the development of an effective mechanism for counteracting criminal offenses of this category.
