EUROPEAN MODELS OF APPEALING OF LEGAL ACTS AND SUGGESTIONS FOR UKRAINE

Abstract
The article considers some European models of appealing the legal acts of subjects of public administration. The regulatory legal acts regulating the activity of administrative justice of the eU states are analyzed. The specificity of administrative productions for appealing against normative acts and legal acts of individual action is investigated. Based on the analysis of the regulatory framework, attention is impaired on the importance of amending the Code of Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine. it is proved necessary to adopt the Act of Administrative Procedure, that should regulate relations between public authorities, their officials and officials with individuals and legal entities on the adoption of legal acts. The author has formulated the practical recommendations in the field of research are. Key words:
