THE LEGAL CONTEXT OF CIVIL-PATRIOTIC EDUCATION

Abstract
The article deals with the issue of state and legal support for patriotic education in Ukraine, based on humanitarian values as fundamental components of modern society. Particular emphasis is placed on the concretization of the theoretical justification for the need for patriotic education and practical ways of its implementation within the regulatory and legal framework of Ukraine.
