Protection of the right to form and join trade unions

Abstract
The right of workers to form and join trade unions is established art. 42 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, adopted on July 29, 1994, according to which any worker has the right to form and join trade unions to protect his interests. Trade unions are established and carry out their activities according to their statutes and in accordance with the law. They help protect the professional, economic and social interests of workers.
