MECHANISM OF REGULATION CRIMINAL PROCEDURE EXEMPTION FROM CRIMINAL LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH RECONCILIATION WITH THE VICTIM GUILTY

Abstract
The article is devoted to theoretical and practical questions for the release of a person from criminal responsibility in the system of criminal law measures. The analysis of the criminal law of the nature and essence of exemption from criminal responsibility in connection with reconciliation of the guilty with the victim has been given. Considered the base and conditions for exemption from criminal responsibility in connection with reconciliation, as well as recommendations on improvement of the mechanism of legal regulation, and increase the efficiency of criminal law on criminality.
