ON SOME PROBLEMS ARISING IN THE APPLICATION OF LEGISLATION GOVERNING THE WORK OF TEACHERS

Abstract
The article highlights the peculiarities of the legal regulation of the work of pedagogical workers, draws attention to the legal norms, which, in our opinion, require changes and proposals are made to improve these norms. The work of pedagogical workers is regulated by a large number of normative acts, certain norms of which require improvement.
