GENERAL TRENDS OF ENSURE THE EFFICIENCY OF CIVIL PROCEDURE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to a theoretical research of the procedural foundations of the effectiveness of civil proceedings. The analysis of the legal literature on the study of the concept of efficiency, the content of the notions of tasks of legal proceedings is carried out. The effect of fulfilling the tasks of judicial proceedings on the achievement of the result of judicial procedural activity is established. It is substantiated that the performance of the result in the civil process in the modern legal society is possible and necessary through a fair, impartial procedure, effective legal remedies that determine the value orientation of the civil justice.
