ATTRACTION AND VISIT OF THE TRANSMITTER - PARTICIPANTS OF ADMINISTRATIVE JUDICIARY: FOREIGN EXPERIENCE AND UKRAINIAN REALITIES

Abstract
The modern tendencies of foreign experience of preparation, involving and withdrawal of the translators in the administrative proceedings into account of that gives possibility of giving of new recommendations to the national legislation are analyzed in the article. Drawing of this experience considerably will promote the level of realization and compliance of principles of Rule of Law and objectivity during the administrative trial.
