ACTS OF LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT IN THE SYSTEM OF SOURCES OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW

Abstract
The article examines the legal nature of the normative acts of local selfgovernment bodies. Main features, types and nature of acts of local self-government bodies in the system of sources of administrative law are determined. It is grounded that the statue of territorial community should be regarded as a source of administrative law of Ukraine.
