PROCEDURAL AND LEGAL PRINCIPLES OF PROTECTION OF THE RIGHTS OF PERSONS WHO DID NOT TAKE PART IN THE CASE

Abstract
In the article the procedural legal basis of the judicial protection of the rights of persons who have not been taken into the case studied. There was analyzed the cause of judicial recourse of these persons with the appellate complaint in order to protect their rights. There was concluded on improvements of these causes.
