Attraction of external intellectual resources and functionality of an innovation-oriented business partnership for industrial enterprises.

Abstract
The article presents problematic issues of the formation of the functional of an innovative-oriented business partnership for industrial enterprises from the standpoint of attraction of external intellectual resources. The value-oriented approach to the formation of the functional of innovation-oriented partnership is proposed. The content of the functional provision of the intellectual potential of an industrial enterprise and the composition of its functional is highlighted. The typology of common forms of collaboration and types of cooperation in world practice is given.
