AUDIENCE AND OUT-OF-CLASS STUDENTS SELF-STUDY AS AN ESSENTIAL COMPONENT OF FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE ENGINEERS WITH THE USE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract

Abstract. According to the nowadays needs, the teacher's task is to preserve and focus attention on basic knowledge, in order to make students free from memory of excessive information material that is rapidly changing. It is necessary to form the content, and according to the student's efforts form basic knowledge of laws, foreign language concepts to bring learning into practice, to form a creative approach, independent thinking, and the ability to apply knowledge in higher education practical activities. "The teacher is not the one who teaches, but the one who learns" and accordingly: "The student is not the one who is being taught, but the learner". Only with such understanding of the students learning process organization, we will be able to ensure the viability of the graduates, their competitiveness not only in our country but also in the world labor market. Students self-study should become the main form of educational activity for all forms of education, regardless of whether it is non-audience or classroom. Only in this way we can provide an active approach to learning, create conditions for effective control of the level of knowledge, build a basis for the development of a distance education system, that is the ability for quick and painless implement of any progressive world experience of various educational systems. Due to the lack of auditorium time, difficulties arise in creating of a learning-speech mode, which in the didactic-methodical plan replaces the natural linguistic environment. The success of teaching professionally oriented speech of the future engineers depends in many ways on the selection of linguistic material, in particular, on the basis of which the relevant skills and abilities are formed.
