Audit quality products as part of an ecology audit

Abstract
Audit quality products is the important factor of increase of her competitiveness. The aim of the article is to light up the principles of audit quality products as a constituent of an ecological audit. During the research work such methods were used: receptions of the scientific thinking (analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, observation, comparison), receptions of real audit (investigation, observation, lab analysis, expert values), receptions of documentary audit (analogy, design, logical comprehension of operations, expert values of documents). A scientific novelty consists in tasks of audit quality products formulation in the system of ecological audit, specifically in checking organization of works with chemical control and product tests, metrology providing of quality products control, technological discipline control. The practical value of the article consists in presentation of list of documents, which is reasonable to use for an audit quality products. It is set on the research results, that it is necessary to introduce audit quality products in all enterprises. For this purpose it is needed to work out the criteria of classification quality product value, put together the models of perfection of all types of products, legislatively fix a requirement to inculcate the systems of value and control of quality and safety of food products, control of level of harmful substances in products, extend the ecological accounting.
