AUTHENTICITY OF CENTRAL AUTHORITIES IN IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STATE FINANCIAL CONTROL IN THE SPHERE OF STATE AND LOCAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the competence of central authorities in the implementation of state control in the field of state and local borrowings. It has been established that central authorities have the widest possibilities to apply the response measures aimed at eliminating the causes and conditions of contributing to violations in the field of state and local borrowing.It is noted that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine are leading the system of subjects of state financial control in the sphere of state and local borrowings.
