Abstract
The article is devoted to the phenomenon of the differentiation of regulation of labor through local acts that extend the power of the employer. The rigidity of labor legislation did not prevent the owners from introducing specific rules that were convenient for them. Draft Labor Code ignores the best practices in the European Union neighbour countries and can limit the scope of social partnership.
