AUTOMATED ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ORGANIZATIONAL AND PRACTICAL CONSIDERATIONS)

Abstract
Purpose – to investigate the organizational and methodological aspects and problems in implementing ERPII systems on modern domestic enterprises, and developing recommendations to address them. Methodology of research. The methodological and theoretical basis of articles were works of leading foreign and domestic scientists on the implementation and efficiency of future use of corporate information systems in enterprises. Achieving this goal was carried out using the following techniques and scientific methods of research: monographic (with the review and study of the literature on the problems of effective management of modern enterprises with the use of computerization), analysis and synthesis (for research and summarizing the results of the study); logical and dialectical theoretical (to draw inferences research). Findings. In the article the theoretical aspects of the implementation of corporate information systems support to the management of modern enterprises. The main challenges that arise in the implementation of information systems management. Originality. The analysis of the problems of implementation ERPII-methodological and organizational objectives and reasonable for the implementation of which will reduce the risk of ineffective implementation of automated information systems. Practical value. Recommendations to address organizational and methodological problems of implementation of automated information management systems can serve as a basis for further research in the field of construction management information systems in various fields, and can be used in the preparation of textbooks, teaching materials for students, graduate students of Economics courses construction of information systems in the enterprise.
