AWARENESS EDUCATION AS THE FACTOR OF EFFECTIVE PREPARATION FOR RESTAURANT MAINTENANCE

Abstract
The article based on the study of the main trends of awareness education, substantiated the need for the introduction of new forms and methods of teaching in the HPS that meet the requirements of the modern information society in relation to the training of future specialists in the restaurant business. It was conducted a theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical and methodical literature on the peculiarities of their updating and development on the basis of a competent approach on the example of the profession “master of restaurant service”. The urgency of updating tasks, content, methods of teaching, methodical tools and organizational forms of training concerning the training of future skilled workers in the field of restaurant economy on the basis of the transition to innovative educational programs, as well as the inclusion in the variational component of the general training of a special course on the study of adapted to the specifics professions of computer programs.
