Az erdélyi sajtó „szabadsága” a kiegyezést követő években

Abstract
(The „liberty” of the press in Transylvania after the Austro-Hungarian Compromise) In Hungary the press became free press after 1867, however in Transylvania the decrees Bach remained valid - until the year 1871. The author analyzes publications Magyar Polgár and Kolozsvári Közlöny - especially their reactions to the act of censorship. In the study are mentioned the processes that have been instituted against these newspapers, they are presented the reactions of editors to the oppressive measures of the authorities. In the article we fi nd a detailed description of the actions of K. Papp Miklós (redactor-in-chief of Kolozsvár...) who successfully compensates the most of the negative effects of censorship. The study concludes that these newspapers continued – until the establishment of new laws (which guaranteed greater freedom to the press of Transylvania) – to implement an attitude of disobedience toward censorship.
