BACKGROUND AND AREAS OF INDUSTRIAL PARKS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article defines the essence of the industrial parks that allow the industrial modernization of the domestic economy and to restore the competitiveness of national producers in the global investment market. The review of legislation and regulations for the application of organizational and economic mechanism of industrial parks was made. The preconditions of creation of industrial parks in Ukraine was found. The principles of the development and operation of industrial parks. The main directions of development of industrial parks and the priority sectors of economic activity for development in the industrial park was systematized.
