Abstract
The theoretical approaches to the essence of innovative technologies, their influence on the development of the world economy are considered. The main aspects of the globalization of innovative processes are determined, the mechanism is investigated and the main effects of international technology transfer are systematized. The present state and prospects of development of the world market of technologies are considered.
