METHODOLOGY OF STRATEGIC EVALUATION OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY

Abstract
The paper formed a methodology of strategic assessment of the national economy. The proposed strategic evaluation phases characteristic of the national economy under globalization. The technological process of strategic state regulation of the national economy and a matrix of SWOT-analysis of the national economy are proposed. Formed a matrix of positioning of the national economy capabilities and matrix of positioning of threats to the national economy. An assessment of the significance of factors of internal and external environment in a changing environment is proposed.
