Abstract
W artykule opisano metodykę pomiaru parametrów chropowatości powierzchni za pomocą zbudowanego w IOE WAT zautomatyzowanego skaterometru kątowego. Zaprezentowano wyniki pomiarowe dla trzech wybranych polerowanych powierzchni: z krzemu, z germanu oraz ze stali nierdzewnej. Przedstawiono badania porównawcze wykonane za pomocą scatteroscope SCAT-4.
