Abstract
The subject of work a set of methodological and methodical questions of measuring effect and efficiency of work of the economic systems. The aims of work explore ways to improve the management of financial resources to achieve maximum effect and efficiency in conditions of agricultural market instability and risks. Metod or the methodology of the work information, analytical and economic- mathematical modeling. The results of work developed and justified the scientific principles of economic system saud it. Field of application of the results management and regulation in the economic activity of economic systems. Conclusions: efektometry an important management tool of auditing and controlling of business entities and public administration.
