Abstract
In the article the theoretical and practical aspects of domestic enterprises financing through bank loans and bond issue. The main advantages and disadvantages of bank loans to finance companies. The features of corporate bonds as a source meadow financial resources. The analysis of the volume and value of loans in Ukraine and the structure of corporate bonds issue by sector. Grounded funding opportunities of domestic enterprises through bank loans and bond issue in Ukraine today.
