EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT METHODS ASSESSMENT FOR EVALUATING THE HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION

Abstract
The article highlights the dependence of progressive development of the company on leader’s organizational qualities and his effective activity. The main elements of leader’s potential and guidelines to their development are determined. The author’s effective model of the perfect leader is shown. It is determined that the correlation between the number of subordinates and performance management is not perfect. The methods of fuzzy sets help us to get much more comprehensive information on the effectiveness of management.
