Bases and remedies for protection of corporate rights in ECHR case law.

Abstract
Article deals with research protection of corporate rights under the case law of the ECtHR. It is determined that corporate rights fall under Art. 1 of the Protocol 1 and Art. 6 of the ECHR. Both property and non-property corporate rights are protected in their unity, both from violations by the state and from violations by other persons, in particular, other members of the economic partnership or the economic partnership itself.
