Basic Competence of Future Jurists

Abstract

The author reveals the basic competence, stresses the need for their formation at the future lawyers-jurists (communicative, social, educational, informational, ethical competences), due to their characteristics and requirements of the legal person in general, and to the professional and legal activities directly.
