BASIC MECHANISMS FOR THE FORMATION OF A LEGAL PERSON

Abstract
The article focuses on how individuals become legal persons. It examines the development and progression of legal culture, political and psychological consciousness, and most importantly, legal consciousness. The article argues that legal knowledge should be transformed into values, acquire an emotional aspect, and become ingrained beliefs, and habitual behavior to serve as a real motivator and regulator of proper conduct. Furthermore, it suggests that individuals can only establish a solid foundation for their legal culture through proper legal socialization.
