BASIN MANAGEMENT AS AN EFFECTIVE GOVERNMENT METHOD OF PROVIDING WATER RESOURCES RATIONAL USE BY ENTERPRISES OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article focuses on the modern policy of government management in the field of providing water resources rational use by enterprises of Ukraine. The degree of implementation of a new progressive system of water resources management, namely integrated management according to the basin principle, is identified. As an example, the operating results of one of the basin organizations of water resources management, which provides population and branches of an economy with water, are shown. On the basis of the analysis of latest scientific research, the conclusions about shortcomings in basin management system functioning in Ukraine are made, and the own vision of authors on strengthening state incentives in the sphere transition of enterprises on rational use of water resources is proposed.
