BEPS, AS A OECD ACTION PLAN: INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Abstract
It is proved that in today’s conditions of globalization of world economies the problems of state control concerning the application of tax minimization schemes are extremely topical. In order to address the problem areas in Ukraine, the international tax audit experience has been explored through the disclosure of the features of the Action Plan to Combat Tax Exemption and Tax Relapse / BEPS Elimination, developed within the framework of the OECD.
